Each coaching session is unique and very transformative. During the session I am able to see where you are in your life, the obstacles that are blocking you, how they came about and what you need to do to be on your path and taking your next step.
We then discuss the truth behind what's happening with you and the actions you can take to move on. It's like talking to someone you've known intimately throughout your entire life. When I relay this information to you it feels comfortable and accurate.
You carry within you the information you need to know about your present situation, your past, where you are heading, and the events and people in your life. I connect with you at a deep level – one that will feel familiar and true to you – and talk with you about what I see and hear. I am an interpreter, of sorts, telling you what you want to tell yourself.
During the coaching sessions I help you to understand what I see, empowering you to take your next step forward on your path.
The session will be recorded for you and uploaded to your own personal website. I will also send you a personalized action plan that summarizes the session and actions to take to achieve your goals.
